Pivot Companies is a collaboration between painter, Zach Warne, real estate broker, Mike Hanten, and a highly skilled team. Wanting to provide a more full-spectrum service to Sioux Falls, the two combined their proficiencies to offer incredible quality in water restoration, painting and millwork, epoxy flooring, and real estate. Along with their experienced team, Warne and Hanten have built a transformative small business that pivots to meet the varied needs of their clients through exceptional experiences and unmatched value.

Michael’s belief and attitude around the team is prevalent at Pivot. Every day he brings the positive vibes and effort to get the task at hand.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
Damen Crane
Damen Crane
When you look up the term “jack of all trades” you see a picture of Damen. Damen is well versed in many various areas. In his young career he has become a hard working craftsman in the painting and millwork arena.
Damen also is our roofing and water damage expert on staff. No matter the task Damen produces with the upmost quality and service mentality.
In his spare time Damed enjoys getting a good lift workout in and spending time with his dog Chance.

A great learning atmosphere is what Painter and Laborer, Austin enjoys most about working at Pivot Companies. His attention to detail and great work ethic is a valuable asset for the Pivot team. Austin always has a positive attitude and strives to expand his craft day in and day out.
When not working, Austin enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying as much time outside as possible outdoors, many times playing disc golf. Austin is a Philadelphia Eagles football fan, we don’t hold that against him.
Carissa Leveranz

Once our Administrative Assistant, Carissa Leveranz graduated from South Dakota State University, she immediately took on multiple roles no matter the job making her a Jack of all trades. From her attention to detail, to her experience in planning, as well as her passion for organization, Carissa has been a great asset to the Pivot family.
In her spare time, Carissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kiddos, as well as doing anything outdoors including camping and hunting.
Kelli Teske
Kelli Teske
As hard as it is to believe, painting is in Kelli Teske’s blood! Her family has been in the painting business for several decades and she has put all of her knowledge and attention to detail to use. No shock that she made painting a career and she is fit to tackle the most unique task. There is not much Kelli hasn’t seen.
Kelli and her husband Kellan enjoy traveling any chance they get.

In addition to his great communication skills, Nick goes the extra mile to make the customer happy and ensure that they get exactly what they want.
In addition to loving to hunt and fish, Nick is a UFC fanatic! Nick continues to gain great skills and is a great asset to the team.
